In the field of NDT, OTIS has done
considerable amount of work within short period of time, both in
the laboratory and at site. Due to quality of
work, prompt service and capability to cater large
volumes of work, NDT Services are regularly in demand by reputed clients.

NDT services
comprise are Radiography using X-ray machines, Pipeline
X-ray crawlers, Gamma ray, Ultrasonic, Magnetic
Particle & Liquid Penetrant
Evaluation
includes flaw detection, health check, thickness
measurement, leak detection in components, weld
defects, etc.
OTIS has credit of completing a total of more than 800 kms pipeline (X-Ray and UT) job with a record of doing 180km in five and a half months time

Our NDT department also carries out Surface roughness
measurements, Hydro testing, Ferrite content measurement,
Holiday detection and Hardness testing at site using
highly sophisticated instruments.
In-situ metallography is also used as a
specialised NDT technique for health check and
RLA studies.
